Why do famous people only date famous people?

First of all, Famous people (aka Celebrities) don’t all date famous people. We hear more about celebrities dating each other when their publicists and the media and the paparazzi cover their dating habits. Many well known people work hard at keeping their private lives private, especially their personal relationships.  Here are some links that go both ways on this topic:
It is usually more stressful on the non-celebrity who is dating a celebrity; they sometimes have a lot of difficulty adapting to the onslaught of press and paparazzi – and may have friends gossiping about them to the tabloids!
I hope your eyes have been opened on this, and you look beyond the fleeting fame and see that celebrities have the need for both famous dates and normal lives. Keeping them in perspective, well, that is a challenge.

Paparazzi sell their photos to the highest bidder, unless they are contract photographers (like staff photographers- who generally work for one organization). People with desirable photos on their cell phones can sell them too, AND BE PAPARAZZI – on sites like:
Paparazzi work hard at getting celebrity photos, and have to have relationships with middlemen, publications (and their attendant websites), and informers, who “leak” details about where celebrities will be.  This article highlights how many of them work in Hollywood: “How do the paparazzi sell their pics” – Slate.com.
Website Editors and producers are always on the lookout for fresh pictures, so the paparazzi are filling a need, the consumer thirst for anything about their favorite stars!  Candid photos of popular stars and celebrities get these websites more eyeballs, and higher rankings among the fan base and in searches.  This results in more exposure and money from their advertisers.
When a paparazzi has a good photo to sell, He/She contacts the tabloids directly and arranges a price. Or:
